Selecting Your Kelvin Rating (AKA: Color)
The higher the Kelvin, the less light output, this is the same for halogen bulbs where the bluer the appearance of the light the less output intensity you will get. This is why when you install the brand Diamond White 110W high output bulbs you just picked up in place of the stockers and head out down the road you can only see about half the distance while driving!
Here is our xB with the 6000K kit mounted up, big improvement over stock, glare is acceptable with lights angled down slightly as bulbs have built-in shields.
