365 Motorwerks Terms and Conditions

365 Motorwerks accepts the following Payment Methods:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal & Google Checkout are accepted payment methods, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders are also accepted, however funds must clear before order will be shipped. If using the Check or Money Order method please select the "Pay with Cashiers Check or Money Order" option at checkout and mail a copy of your order or order number with payment to : 365 Motorwerks - 6517 Arena Way - Livingston, CA 95334. All credit card transactions are subject to additional verification for both of our security and we can only ship orders to verified billing addresses.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within  California will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Shipping

Damaged or Missing Goods

Shortage claims must be made within 3 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged  merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. 365 Motorwerks cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.

Returns

We will ONLY accept returns for defective merchandise. We do NOT accept returns on items that you don't like or if it is the wrong size, unless it is defective. If you do need to return a defective item simply send us the item and once we receive the merchandise a new item will be shipped to you.

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order. Please note special order items, and drop ship items will not be changed once order has been processed.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, 365 Motorwerks shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 365 Motorwerks shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, 365 Motorwerks shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
